Prior to entering the recruiting business, Greg served in a variety of manufacturing management positions within consumer goods and capital equipment industries. Assignments included Vice President of Sales & Marketing for The Gravely Company, a manufacturer of commercial outdoor power equipment ; Vice President of Contract Manufacturing for the Ariens Company, an outdoor power equipment manufacturer; Vice President, General Manager of Orient Direct, an Asian based rotational and injected molded plastics company; Vice President of Sales for AWT (Air & Water Technologies, now Hamon Corp.), a manufacturer of industrial air and water purification equipment; Director of Sales for Cleaver Brooks, a manufacturer of industrial boilers and various positions with CNH (Case New Holland), a manufacturer of construction and agricultural equipment. Positions with CNH included Product Manager, Field Sales Manager, Divisional Planning Manager, Credit/Finance Manager, Dealer Development Manager, Marketing Services Director and Product Manager.
Greg has extensive international business experience in Europe, Asia and Latin America. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin and is a Wisconsin Manufacturers Enterprise Partnership (WMEP) board member.
