How will we be kept appraised of progress on the search?
Communication with our clients during the search process is very important. It is through team effort that a project is brought to a successful and efficient conclusion. We ask for a primary management contact to communicate with and provide weekly updates supplemented by contact on an as needed basis.
What if no candidates are produced?
Unfortunately, you may have worked with recruiting firms in the past that failed to produce qualified candidates. We are committed to accepting and conducting only those projects where we believe there is the opportunity to succeed. If we do not have that level of confidence in a project, we will not accept the assignment.
What guarantees do I have that I will be satisfied with the hire?
Throughout the search, you will be involved in decisions and updated on a regular basis regarding search progress. This relationship positions you to evaluate and select the candidate that best fits your needs. This close working relationship at every step in the search results in a hiring decision based on open information and facts. What restrictions exist when sourcing candidates?
We guarantee active clients that we will not recruit from their organizations. This requires us to be very selective in choosing the companies we partner with for recruiting services. What will we receive when we retain you to conduct a search?
The abilities and resources of a Senior Practitioner and the project support team will be fully utilized to identify and attract the most desirable talent available. Beyond that, we work with clients to select short listed candidates, schedule initial and final interviews, complete reference checks and degree verifications, negotiate and close on your offer and provide post hire resignation and relocation assistance.
What about confidentiality?
The need for strict confidentiality is understood. Both you and our candidates need to know that we will maintain integrity at every step. We will not breach this trust.
Do your sales people move from client to client, or will we be working with the same people we talk with in the first meeting?
Working with a recruiting organization can have different outcomes based on the relationship established. At the same time, there is always a backup Senior Professional who can be reached if someone is traveling and immediate contact is important.
Can WorldBridge Partners fulfill a search in less time than it normally takes others firms to complete?
In some cases, yes. If a critical need exists, we are able to customize our recruiting services by committing additional staff to certain parts of the project, thereby compressing time. During the interview phase, timing is dependent upon the schedule and availability of the client’s interviewing managers as well as the candidate. We coordinate with both parties to move the talent acquisition process along as quickly as possible.
Why would I be required to pay for a portion of the search prior to the actual hire?
When we enter a retained search, the commitment of time and effort of Senior Staff, the Research Team and support personal begins at the inception of a project. As in other professions, clients are receiving the expertise and effort of the company at that point.
Are there restrictions on sourcing candidates?
The industry standard for retained recruiting firms is to refrain from contacting employees of active clients. For the largest recruiting organizations, this is very restrictive and limiting. For those firms, there are many candidates from top organizations that cannot even be approached because of the client relationship that exists. This is another reason why we are so strategic and selective in choosing our clients/partners. We position our firm to partner with a few great companies, providing wide access to a broad sector of candidates we are able to contact on your behalf.
